This is the Privacy and Data Protection policy for One Hundred Paths Acupuncture & Tui Na Massage. It sets out how we record and use individuals’ data. The Data Controller (registered with ICO, ZA464977) is Stephanie Wood who can be contacted at steph@onehundredpaths.co.uk or on 07754 414677.
Patient Information: Some information about patients is essential to the delivery of our services. Paper records of your medical conditions and treatments are kept in a secure location and are (in accordance with BAcC policy) retained for seven years after your last treatment.
Your name is entered into an electronic diary for recording appointments. You can choose to receive appointment confirmations by email or text message.
Marketing Information: You may be contacted occasionally and asked for feedback on your experience of acupuncture, this information is collected and used as testimonials on the One Hundred Paths website. You can of course decline to provide a testimonial.
Sharing Information: One Hundred Paths will never share any of your information with anyone else unless we have your explicit permission.
Accessing Information: You may request a copy of any information we hold about you. There will be a charge for providing this.
